HRISHIKESH YASHWANT DOLE - Director


Epitomized by ‘Never Say Never’ attitude, Hrishikesh Yashwant Dole has donned many hats in his esteemed career. Hrishikesh studied Engineering in Electronics and Tele-communication and started his career as Chief Marketing Executive in Samudra Electronics (Manufacturer of UPS systems) where he honed his skills for a period of 10 months.

In March 1992, Hrishikesh started his own company that dealt with marketing and installation of UPS systems in different companies, institutions, government offices etc.

After pioneering growth in the UPS sector, Hrishikesh started an advertising firm Varun Advertisers in joint-collaboration with one other partner. The company’s first work was installation of 40 hoardings for their client Kalyan Dombivili Municipal Corporation, a project which was successfully completed and gave Hrishikesh the mileage he needed.

From 1996 to 1998, Hrishikesh got the contract for advertisement rights across 250 TMT buses. The company’s innovative campaigns saw it receive No.1 position award continuously for three years in paper advertisement category by the Indian Express Group.

In the year 2000, Hrishikesh started one more advertisement firm called Leo Advertising which expanded his business to areas like Ambernath, Badalpur and Bhiwandi. Leo Advertising executed many advertisement campaigns for corporate companies all over Maharashtra, M.P. and Goa states.

From 2004 to 2007, Hrishikesh got tender rights for hoarding kiosk, ad poles etc for many companies including Kalyan Dombivili Municipal Corporation and Bhiwandi Corporation. During this time Hrishikesh handled almost everything from business development, site execution, marketing, fund management to client servicing.

In March 2012, Hrishikesh joined Ronak Advertising as a partner, mainly for business development. Currently he is in-charge of Thane office controlling areas like Thane, Kalyan, Dombivili, up to Mira Bhyander and Taloja. Under his command Ronak Advertising erected 50 new hoardings on the Kalyan Shil Phata Road, Kalyan City and Taloja Road in less than one and a half year’s time.
